Science Of Classical Yoga:
Hatha Yoga - The Syllable "Ha" refers to the sun, to solar energy, to positive, warm, golden energy currents of the Universe. "Tha" refers to the moon, to lunar energy, to negative, cool, silvery energy currents of the Universe. The science of balancing these two mighty equal and opposite flows of the universe in the human energy field is called Hatha Yoga.
Pranayama Yoga is the "Science of Breath", the control of Vital Force (Prana) in the air we breathe.
